I just my first wrestling team at my school and I have no idea what I should) take on it (like underwear and I am ashamed of my colleagues or my coaches ask (the guy!) Only answer would be simple

Well me as a fighter and me. I wear what I do, but every day as a rule, if I do things sometimes difficult. Shorts work, but usually do. Something comfortable.
Compression shorts, sliding shorts, or the lead in softball, as well, at least what I'm pretty sure.
It's the way is nothing
