I know it serves six, but they are always great for lunch or remnants of a frozen meal for the next week

Ingredients (serves 6)
2 tablespoons olive oil, plus extra for the start
1 onion, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 cup (250 ml) dry white wine
3 tablespoons tomato paste
2 x 410g cans tomatoes
500 g spaghetti
500g marinara mix *
300g mussels, washed with a beard
2 tablespoons chopped parsley --
Method
Oil in large saucepan over medium heat, add onions and add 3-4 minutes or until they are soft.
Add garlic and wine and cook 2 minutes. Add paste and crushed tomatoes and cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring constantly until the mixture is slightly thick. Season with salt and pepper.
The noodles in boiling salted water al dente. Drain and mix with olive oil.
Add the mixture of marinara sauce and clams, cover with a lid and cook for 3-4 minutes on medium heat, with an eventual open shells which are not.

1 / 3 cup chopped onion
2 v. soup. Olive
1 LG. Clove garlic, minced
1 / 2 c. dry white wine
5 lg. fresh tomatoes, seeded and chopped
2 v. soup. Tomato paste
3 / 4 c. Tea. Dried basil
1 / 2 tsp. Dried oregano
1 / 8 tsp. Pepper
1 / 8 tsp. Salt
10 oz Linguine or Angel Hair Pasta
1 / 2 pound scallops
1 / 2 pound shrimp
1 can of chopped clams, drained
Sauté onions in oil in 3 pan over medium heat until they are soft (about 4 minutes). Add garlic, cook for 1 minute. Wine, wine, cook until evaporated 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat. Combine the tomatoes, paste, basil, salt, pepper and oregano into onion mixture.
